Eligibility

• The Referral Program is open to individuals aged 18 and over.

• The program is open to anyone who refers a new client to DLJ Builders. You cannot refer yourself.

Qualification for Referral Reward:

• To qualify for the reward, you must refer a new client to DLJ Builders who is not an existing client or already in contact with us.

• The referred client must sign a contract with DLJ Builders for a project valued at $50,000 or more.

• Referrals must be submitted via email, phone, or any official communication channel specified by DLJ Builders and must include the full name and contact details of the referred client.

• If DLJ Builders is contacted directly by the referral, the referred client must clearly identify the person who referred them when first contacting DLJ Builders. Referrals will only be eligible if the details of the person who referred them are submitted before or at the time of their initial inquiry with DLJ Builders.

Reward Details

• The Referrer will receive a gift voucher valued at 1% of the signed initial contract value (GST exclusive), capped at $7,500.

• The Referrer may choose one of the following voucher options: Flight Centre, Harvey Norman, Chuffed Gifts.

• The Referred Client will receive a $300 Fife Lane restaurant voucher.

• The reward is based solely on the initial contract value at the time of signing, with no additional payments for variations, change orders, or extras.

• If multiple participants refer the same client, the reward will be granted to the first person who submitted the referral, as determined by the timestamp on our records.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals one person can submit.

Payment of Rewards

• The 1% referral reward will be given only after the project is fully completed and all final payments have been received.

• The maximum referral reward is $7,500. Contracts exceeding $750,000 will still be capped at this amount.

• You will be contacted by DLJ Builders to arrange the collection or delivery of the reward.

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Third-Party Vouchers

• DLJ Builders is not affiliated with or endorsed by Flight Centre, Harvey Norman, Chuffed Gifts, or Fife Lane.

• These companies have no involvement or connection with the DLJ Builders Referral Rewards Program.

• DLJ Builders is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or expiry dates of any third-party vouchers.

• Once issued, voucher validity, use, and expiry are subject to the issuing company’s own policies.

Limitations

• Self-referrals or referrals between individuals who are co-owners of a project will not qualify for the program.

• Referrals that do not result in a signed contract with DLJ Builders are not eligible for a reward.

• DLJ Builders reserves the right to decline a referred client for any reason without providing an explanation.

Tax Implications

• Participants are solely responsible for any tax implications arising from the receipt of a reward. We recommend consulting with a tax professional regarding your obligations.

• Program Changes and Termination

• DLJ Builders reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

• Changes will not affect referrals made before the date of modification or termination.

Disputes

• Any disputes or issues arising under this program will be resolved at the sole discretion of DLJ Builders.

• DLJ Builders’ decision regarding reward eligibility and issuance is final.

Marketing Consent

• By participating in this referral program, you consent to DLJ Builders using your name and photographs for marketing purposes, including on their website and social media platforms.
